Earth Ceramics makes quality handcrafted ceramics that are tested for dishwasher and microwave safety, however ceramic is a brittle material and will crack if dropped from a height on to a hard surface like concrete. In such situations Earth Ceramics hold no responsibility for such breakages.
Earth Ceramics takes no responsibility for change in colour, cracking or breakages that occurs through everyday use. However we acknowledge our responsibilities under the consumers guarantee act (1993).
As the items are handmade reasonable variation from the photographs are expected upon delivery. If the variation is deemed unreasonable and / or unattractive, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement.
If the item is of reasonable variation of the photographic representation (including size, texture, form and colour) then no refund will be given if the customer changes their mind once the item has been delivered.
If the item purchased has a fault (such as a crack) that was not caused by delivery of the item, then a full refund or replacement will be issued.
If the item was damaged in delivery then the item will be replaced and resent but not refunded.
Shipping
Monday – Thursday orders will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering if in stock. Friday – Sunday orders will be shipped on the following Monday if in stock. NZ orders only available at present. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery. As everything is handmade, if an item is out of stock it may take up to 10 days to be shipped, we will inform you of this by email. Courier include tracking and insurance.
